Director of Sales
As Director of Sales at Creative Sign Designs, Dean is responsible for managing the goals and objectives of the sales team, providing support to the client in the consultative portion of the sales process and collaborating with the management team.
Dean’s been with Creative for 5 years and has extensive product knowledge in interior and exterior signage. He specializes in project consulting, budget management, and custom signage solutions, with experience in national and regional accounts. Dean focuses on creating a teamwork culture within the sales department with emphasis on positive engagement and forwarding thinking.
Before joining the Creative team, Dean was the Assistant Chief Operations Officer at a multi-healthcare facility in Tampa. In this role, he oversaw the day-to-day operations and sales for more than 270 employees in positions from management to clerical, sales and physicians. During this time Dean developed the expertise in problem-solving, sales management, product development, and high-volume output.
