In late 2021 Creative Sign Designs began partnering with Rubin Real Estate Advisors LLC and Orthopaedic Medical Group to produce a full sign package for their new state-of-the-art location in Lithia, FL. This new location is home to their corporate office, surgery center, physical therapy, and physician’s offices. Creative collaborated and developed a sign package that consistently reflects their brand from the moment you arrive at the facility.
Signage Features
- Monuments: Feature an angle frame structure with aluminum facing and cladding. Push-thru ¾ inch thick white acrylic copy with day/night vinyl and updatable tenant panels. The base of the monument features a stacked stone veneer which matches the building façade.
- Running Man Logos: The building features (4) halo-lit running man logos of various sizes. The largest logo featured is over 11’ tall and almost 15’ wide.
- Building ID #1: Face-lit channel letters featuring black day/night vinyl.
- Building ID #2: 25” tall soldier mounted face-lit channel letters featuring black day/night vinyl. All letters are pin mounted to a 56’ long raceway using a 1” diameter aluminum tube with a ¼” aluminum baseplate and a ¼” aluminum inner pin support. The raceway is mounted to the top of the main entrance canopy.
- ADA Room IDs: 1/4” thick non-glare acrylic face with second surface direct print graphics. Tactile copy and grade II Braille.
- Vinyl Graphics: Computer cut digitally printed vinyl graphics applied 1st surface to windows.
- Reception Logos: Each suite features a dimensional logo using different acrylic thicknesses. Logo is installed onto the wall with ½” acrylic spacers.
- Mission & Vision Statement Board: ¼” thick P95 frosted acrylic panel featuring 1st surface direct print graphics and a logo 2nd surface watermark. Panel mounts to wall with ½” diameter.
