Ilumina Zephyrhills is a newly constructed upscale apartment complex in Zephyrhills, FL. It is right next to one of the largest and most exciting container parks in the world that attracts visitors from all over the globe, called Krate. It is also located near Florida’s first lagoon located in Wesley Chapel.

Ilumina Zephyrhills is a four story garden-style multi-family development with five buildings, a clubhouse, pool pavilion, maintenance building, and multiple amenities. Creative Sign Designs partnered with Landsouth Construction to complete signage for all of the buildings in the development. For this project, the focus was on volume, as we completed 581 signs across the 252 units and property as a whole.
