In the heart of Tampa’s Downtown and bustling Ybor City, KETTLER Development has been years at work on a new 50-acre Gasworx mixed use project. Gasworx is mostly seen as an Ybor City project but when it is complete it will include several districts — Encore, the Channel District and downtown — and connect Tampa’s historic soul with its commercial heart.

The recently completed Phase W1 (La Unión) features custom and unique signage that ties into the style and historic architecture of Ybor City. The CSD team was very excited for the opportunity to showcase our capabilities including custom bent round metal rod signs, decorative cast metal plaques and a range of real wood interior signs.
La Unión is the first of many exciting developments KETTLER’s Gasworx brings to Tampa Bay. The CSD team looks forward to a continued partnership with Kettler on the upcoming phases.
