The Wyndham Grand Resort on Clearwater Beach is a property situated on sugar white beachfront on the west coast of Florida. A property developed by K&P Clearwater Estate, Creative partnered with Moss and Associates to provide a comprehensive sign package designed to play off of the warm and inviting atmosphere the property provides.

The exterior scope of work included several sets of reverse-lit channel letters for building identification, a monument sign, and parking garage signage. Creative also fulfilled the interior signage needs which included room ids, amenity signage, restaurant and spa signage.
The interior signage package included a custom back panel in a lattice design to mimic the airiness of the property that houses 343 hotel rooms. The reverse-lit channel letters showcase the property and there are sets at street level as well topping the 15-floor structure. We also fabricated a monument sign for the project. In addition, there are push through letters announcing DocKs bar and Ocean Hai restaurant. Rounding out the signage package were signs for the Pallavi Spa and the parking garage.
