Housing Trust Group is an award-winning full service multifamily developer based out of Coconut Grove, FL. HTG partnered with CSD to design build the interior and exterior signage for their new 96 unit multifamily property located in Hollywood Florida. Hudson Village is an eight story high rise building offering 54 one-bedroom and 42 two-bedroom apartments focused on affordable housing. They wanted an economical signage solution that was flowed with the property. CSD’s Clarity line was a perfect fit for this project. The Fusion Package provided them with an upscale look that was budget minded. The exterior branding consisted of halo illuminated channel letters painted metallic copper.
