Waterline Marina Resort and Beach Club is one of Marriott Autograph Collection’s newest hotels in Florida in Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island. Waterline signifies you are no longer on hectic, real-world time. You are on island vacation time. Embodying the spirit of Anna Maria Island, Waterline builds on the Old Florida heritage that so many visitors hold dear, while offering new experiences and distinct amenities in a modern resort. It was an honor to help bring this brand to life through signage.

Description
The Waterline Marina Resort & Beach Club is one of Marriot’s Autograph Collection hotel’s that was developed by Mainsail Lodging & Development. Creative Sign Designs collaborated with Mainsail to help develop a one-off signage package that fits not only the theme but the location of this unique hotel. Announcing the entrance of the hotel is a sleek illuminated building sign built to wrap around the pylon of the porte-cochere.
The scope of work included exterior illuminated wall signs, interior life safety, wayfinding and amenity signage.
Custom signage is our specialty and this project received quite a few interior elements showcasing our ability. From 1/8” engraved aluminum UNIT ID’s to real wood, hand stained directional wayfinding signage, Waterline has a little bit of everything. As always, Creative continues to raise the bar and deliver signage that, not only fits the client’s personalized style but keeps their budget in mind.
